I was looking through my old notes to see if there was a self healing technique that I could share for this time, however, I was so taken with just the opening premise under which Dr. Carlos de Leon teaches, that I felt a strong desire to share just his wisdom alone about self-healing. I hope it can help you in some way…

KNOW THYSELF

  • Your strong and weak points
  • Your way to self-sabotage
  • Detect vicious cycles, which keep you in inertia
  • Detect life spirals, which are change
  • Accept everything that you are good at and what you perceive as being bad
  • Observe the programs or beliefs that you cannot have money, love, happiness, etc. in order to be accepted.
  • Catch yourself when you are repeating the same patterns – same types of relationship – when there is a pattern of repetition.
  • Understand that life is continued change; if you do not allow change you are creating an illusion. We have to accept there is a non-defined part of our life – and enjoy that mystery.

BE IMPECCABLE

  • Do your best; be patient, brave, sensitive to contact your rhythm
  • Be prudent, be honourable and be dignified
  • Be elegant, graceful, beautiful, simple and noble Have discipline
  • Be natural and truthful; connect to your uniqueness and inner beauty
  • Don’t jump into your desire
  • When you generate Self-restraint, you achieve Self-respect
  • All of this you do for yourself – you don’t want to change these qualities for others in order to be liked – you want this all for yourself

EVOLVE TRANSFORM

  • Have the will to change
  • Surrender to the natural flow of things, always in transformation
  • Break routines and habits
  • Be sure to test your changes, through the body
  • Respect the time of things, no hurries, no indulging

It certainly is food for thought for everyday life let alone into a journey of self-healing.
