I believe healing begins when we feel safe enough to slow down, be heard without judgement, and reconnect with the wisdom that already exists within us. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect as we gently explore the patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck.
Drawing from body-centred therapies, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, and over twenty years of holistic study, I offer an integrative approach that honours the connection between body, mind, and spirit.
Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, developing practical tools that support emotional regulation, greater self-awareness, and lasting change—not by becoming someone different, but by reconnecting with your authentic Self.
