Are you feeling lost, anxious, or confused? Not being able to cope with everyday life challenges because fear and anxiety are getting in the way. Or, dealing with depression, identity crisis and searching for meaning, your unique life purpose? You are not alone!

Our collective experience in dealing with the aftermath of the Covid pandemic, unsettling political affairs world-wide, war in many parts of the world and natural disasters reported daily, the world does not feel like a safe place. This lack of safety and constant sense of danger at the collective level is triggering us at the individual level, with heightened feelings of anxiety, panic, and depression and even lack of meaning and purpose in life.

Because our mind and body are hard wired to survive at all costs, our instinctual brain responds to these thoughts and feelings of danger and activates our natural automatic response of either Flight, Flight (anxiety, overwhelm & panic), or, freeze response (disconnect, numbness & depression) even though there may not be any real danger in the here and now. It is important than ever to learn to self-regulate our autonomic nervous system so that we can navigate these challenging times and be more grounded, focused and present.

In addition to self-regulation, I believe its invaluable to become aware of the roles we adopted as children to survive at all costs, and, whether we are consciously aware of the decisions and choices we make today. In reality, we tend to respond from our un-conscious thoughts and beliefs of our inner child so not utilizing the full capacity of our brain.

Carl Jung once quoted “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate. I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become…”

This is the essence of my work, in a safe and supportive space, my goal for my clients is to help uncover what happened to them as children, gain understanding of the unconscious roles that helped them to survive and heal these wounded parts so that they can choose who they wish to become today.

My practice is grounded in compassion, strong counselling principles and an expanded vision for my clients. I call upon intuitive insights and proven scientific methodology to offer effective counselling services. All sessions are conducted in a safe and judgment free environment. They begin with identifying your healing objectives following which we create a straightforward plan to realize your goals. Using a variety of therapeutic modalities you will learn to recognize discord between your body, mind, and spirit and how to reconnect your somatic, psychological, and spiritual selves.

I believe, each person’s needs require special consideration, we will work together to create a treatment plant which meets your individual needs. We will use a blend of counselling modalities to help unravel the unconscious stories which have created self-limiting beliefs, and unveil the masks and roles acquired for survival. The ultimate goal is to reclaim your true self, which will in turn bring true authentic self-connection, self-love and compassion, freedom, and true joy of living!
