Experiencing stress, anxiety, or feeling overwhelmed by the current state of the world? You’re not the only one. The global challenges such as the pandemic aftermath, tumultuous politics, ongoing wars, and frequent natural disasters are contributing to a collective sense of fear and uncertainty. This collective turmoil often translates into personal struggles with anxiety, depression, and existential crises.
Our minds and bodies are primed for survival, and in response to the pervasive feelings of threat, we may find ourselves in a perpetual state of fight or flight, characterized by anxiety, panic, or disconnection and depression. Navigating today’s complexities requires us to master self-regulation to remain grounded, focused, and present.
My approach is rooted in the understanding that much of our behavior is driven by the unconscious beliefs and strategies we developed as children to cope with adversity. These patterns, while once necessary, may now be hindering our growth and happiness. By bringing these underlying issues to the surface, we can work together to heal the past and empower your present self to make conscious choices about your future.
As Carl Jung famously said, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life, and you will call it fate.” Through our sessions, we’ll embark on a journey to illuminate these hidden aspects, allowing you to move beyond the constraints of your past and embrace the person you truly wish to become.
